We were building our new house and one of your employees stopped by and introduced himself and said he would like to do a quote on shelving for our closets. We explained that we weren’t ready yet and he left his card and said he would check back with us later. He came back true to his word and we still were not ready but told him we would call. He was quite personable and not pushy and said we would be under no obligation after we received the quote. We finally were ready and called and you came out immediately and measured and asked us about what we had in mind. You said you would be back within a week and show us the results. True to your word, you were back and showed us on your computer what you had drawn up and we were very happy. You also put any changes in immediately so we could see the results. You called us within a couple of days after we thought this over with a price and we agreed to have you do the work. Not only did you have us installed within a week, but your people who installed were excellent. You truly have wonderful customer service and we have had no problem in recommending you to other people already. You can count on us making a recommendation to anyone who is wanting organization for closets, office, garages, etc. Your service is professional and you are dedicated to your customer. Your installers are very careful and make sure the work is done right. They were wonderful to work with. We cannot believe how well you organized our closets. We have so much more room.
